The world of an Account Manager @ ISKO

The main job is to liaise between and work with our Key Business Partners and Garment Manufacturers to ensure the timely and successful delivery and implementation of our products and services according to customer needs.

You will be representing ISKO™ and our products and services and you are responsible for developing long-term relationships with Business Partners in the region.

Excellent verbal communication with clients and our cross-functional International teams is key in performing your daily job.

Duties:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your Key Business Partners;
  • Presenting Collections and inspire our Key Business Partners;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Deliver services for existing accounts in case of orders, severity requests, quality matters and sampling;
  • Increase Sales results within targeted Key Business Partners, create new business opportunities for ISKO™ and the Sales organization;
  • Be the ISKO™ counterpart for the factories in the region: maintain relationships and ensure long term partnerships;
  • Working closely with the local garment designers of the manufacturers to enhance the ingredient brand awareness and understanding and use of the value of ISKO™’s Products and Services portfolio for their new collections;
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and the factories for all circumstances;
  • Stay in touch with ISKO™ colleagues from the HQ and the Global offices;
  • Working closely with the ISKO™ R&D teams to provide relevant input from the garment makers to generate product development;
  • Communicate general sales reports to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Recommend changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results from the local industry;
  • Stay in tune with market trends and be proactive to the developments within our targeted markets.

Skills and job requirements (must haves):

  • A minimum of 5 years proven and successful relevant experience in the Textiles Industry;
  • Passion for Denim and Experience with technical aspects of Denim;
  • Resident in Morocco;
  • Native in the region and fluent in Business English;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Must be familiar with commercial issues like LC’s, payments, shipment methods and bank regulations in Morocco;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, ability to work in a hectic environment;
  • Ability to travel Nationwide as well as internationally.
