Ensure reporting systems and business processes incorporate industry standards with best practices; provide business process and technology support to users.The job mission consists in creating the foundations of advanced decision support tools by learning and optimizing data driven solutions:
= Provide system support and resolve issues for all systems tools used by various teams.
= Provide inputs to development teams on new features required by the business.
= Lead training and rollout of new systems or features for Jumia.
= Develop tools to support the business users.
= Key into organization values and ethics, producing results in a fast-paced environment.
= Research new developments and changes to business processes and Technology
= Management of system changes.
= System analysis and documentation.
= Propose new developments and changes to business Roadmap Technology.
Required Skills:
= Excellent communication and numerical skills (English & French)
= Microsoft Office Tools
= Strong relationship management skills, organizational skills, coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-organizationally
= Great attention to details, self-motivation, time management and a high level of discipline are key
= Strong analytical and people skills
= Programming skills (HTML,PHP, CSS, SQL, etc.)
