Summary

The position is responsible for Topline Sales Revenue, developing growth strategies, tactics and lead and motivate the nationwide sales team to achieve the set objectives. The role requires the person to have in-depth knowledge of Thailand pharmaceutical market dynamics and well networked with key external customers.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies towards achievement of corporate sales objectives.
  • Proactively identify likely changes in healthcare / procurement regulations and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
  • Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the commercial/ trade practices in a medical /consumer /retail environment
  • Control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching and taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
