Your Task:
- Check and monitor local markets regarding after-sales service processes and services in order to fulfill the global Group Service Strategy
- Development and implementation of after-sales-service structure for local services in collaboration with country head and in accordance with sales
- Responsible for the configuration of the prices within the after-sales business of the sub (e.g. increase of the service- turnover concerning services and spare parts)
- Efficient budget planning process, controlling and risk management as well as proper financial reporting in accordance with defined Group standards
- Guarantee the cooperation with all customer and product related parts of the company (e.g. sales)
- Lead, motivate, assess and develop the employees of the local service
Your Profile:
- University degree (Engineering, Technician, Economics)
- Technical skills specifically in Pumping Industry
- + three years of management and leadership experience
- advance product knowledge and application knowledge
- Advanced knowledge in Market Segments
- IT-Knowledge on advanced level
