Bros Group, an Executive Search Firm, is seeking for a prestigious multinational company in the automotive industry with worldwide presence, an Operations Director in Morocco, one of the countries where this company has operative presence.
The Role
- Reporting to the Corporate VP, you will be responsible for 3 sites in Morocco of Operations (Production and Logistics) and Administration (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) all reporting into the role.
- You will be responsible of a headcount of circa 7000.
Previous experience working in Morocco in a similar role and a High Level of English is a must. High Level of French will be a plus.

The requirements
- High Level of English (C1-C2) is a must.
- Previous Experience in the Automotive Industry is a must.
- Previous Experience in a similar role in Morocco is a must.
- High Level of French will be a plus.
- Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote team working.
- An analytical and strategic thinker with good business acumen and the ability to think from the customers’ perspective.
