Hotelbeds Group is hiring a Market Manager based in Marrakech on a permanent assignment.
The Market Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Negotiate the best commercial (rates, inventory, releases, OVR, MC) and financial (credit terms, payment terms) conditions.
-Manage inventory strategically (hotel room-nights) so it can be sold to the right customer at the right time and for the right price.
-Understand, anticipate and influence suppliers’ behavior in order to maximize the operating margin.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in the field
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
- Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & prioritize.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem solving skills.
- Good image & excellent communication & interpersonal skills face to face, over email or phone.
- Strong computer applications skills (Microsoft Word, excel). Salesforce and Atlas knowledge as a nice to have.
- Excellent general cultural knowledge, & good academic background desired– degree preferred in any subject
- Excellent English and French both written and oral essential
