The HOS Site Leader Position reports directly to the Site leader. The position is responsible for deploying the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) across the Honeywell Casablanca (ANIMAC&SPGM) and is aligned with achieving performance results expectations. Responsible for providing guidance and direction related to implementation of the HOS Standard Implementation Framework (SIF) through all phases. Drives Continuous Improvement at the site to affect business metrics and goals in an accelerated fashion. The primary duties of the HOSL include the following:
Summary of Duties:
- Prepare, deploy, monitor and project manage HOS deployment for all phases.
- Lead foundational work efforts to prepare the site for full-scale deployment.
- Lead site pre-analysis including base lining operational and financial measurements.
- Lead and facilitate site communication (i.e., exit reviews, key stakeholder reviews, biweekly reviews, etc.)
- Plan HOS education and training, as appropriate, to deploy HOS..
- Support Site leadership to ensure all organizational design changes are deployed and aligned with the work improvement activities.
- Support site leadership to drive use of Leadership Standardized Work for all leaders and managers throughout the site.
- Partner with the Site leadership team to achieve all priorities tied to STRAP/ AOP to deliver growth, cash, productivity, or operational improvement results
- Coach and mentor Site leadership in S.I.F deployment to align and link HOS with plant performance and priorities.
- Deployment and implementation of the improvement programs to deliver results in growth, cash, productivity, and operational improvement
- Monitors HOS maturity scorecards and assessments and develop actions to lead site through maturity phases.
- Willing to challenge conventional thinking, drive accountability for site or functional HOS results and deployment, and sustain the application of HOS.
- Drive with HSE leader HSE-HOS integration process.
- Support continuous improvement thinking and Kaizen events on a regular basis.
- Member of the site Steering Team
