Head of Vendor University Morocco
The head of university makes sure that our vendors receive a state of the art training on our platform and on how to be an outstanding e-commerce seller.
Main Responsibilities
- Detect the training needs of our vendors and create a curriculum to get them started on our platform and to bring them to the next level
- Create online and offline educational content
- Run online and offline training sessions
- Manage a team of trainers
Required skills:
Expected background and technical skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in training, ideally in commercial related topics
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts and explain them in a clear manner, with pedagogy
- Team management skills.
Expected personal skills
- Fast learner
- Well organized
- Strong entrepreneurial skills
- Very independent with a strong ability to go further expectations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multinational fast paced and competitive environment.
