Responsible to carry out the operation of the PV Plant, following the Plant Manager Instructions. Register the Operation of the plant in the Operation Book, assist to write reports and control of work orders and cleaning activities.
Responsibilities
- To carry out the Operation activities at the PV plant through the SCADA, following Electric Engineer, Plant Manager Instructions or Grid Operator Instructions
- To follow the instructions of the Maintenance Manager/Plant Manager
- To register in the Operation Book, the changes and relevant aspects of the operation of the plant
- To register breakdown situations and communicate to the managers at the plant
- Provide support to prepare reports of Operation and Maintenance
- To keep records of the Maintenance activities of the plant
- Provide a check list to control the status of the plant
- To register the Energy and Power records of the production of the plant
- To communicate any deficiency of the SCADA or deficiency in the communications
- Follow the HSE procedure, the O&M procedures and the manufacturer instructions
- Assist to the training courses and obtain the adequate certifications
- Operate MV equipment after training and certification
- Learn the necessary skill to supervise the operation of plant through the SCADA
Person Specification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 2 Years’ experience in Operation and Maintenance of Power Plants – Specifically in PV
- Information technology knowledge
- Awareness Occupational Health & Safety
- PV Inverter Maintenance experience
- Operation High Voltage Equipment
- Writing and speaking English skills
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Operation of HV Equipment
- Knowledge of communication Industrial bus interface, Ethernet, RS485, Modbus
