YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A production manager mainly guides the planning, scheduling, budget
managing, coordination and management of industrial process.
He also ensures that the production is in agreement with the Bayer Directives,
safety, good Manufacturing practices and regulations.
A Production Manager is closely integrated with sales.
Production Manager Job Responsibilities
• Managing the production process and coming up with a production schedule
• Managing the production’s equipment qualification (QI/QO & QP)
• Managing process & cleaning validations for in-house products and responsible for effective application
• Process & plant safety, employee health and safety, quality and plant emergency operations
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure competitiveness and making sure that production is cost effective
• Participating in equipment selection
• Evaluating the performance of his direct reports and keeping them keep them motivated
• Figuring out the estimate material and human resources that will be needed
• Making sure that the services and goods are made efficiently and ensuring that the quality and price are right.
• Assuring that the customers are satisfied and goods are produced on time
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of safety awareness and compliance among production personnel

* Experience in production in the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing processes and techniques
* Knowledge of raw materials and quality systems and standards
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
* Knowledge of process improvement techniques
* Knowledge of machines for pharmaceutical production
