The opportunity
OCP Solutions is looking for High-Potential and skilled Strategy consultants,at different seniority levels, to join a diverse and dynamic team of 30 passionate individuals working in a Start-up mode.

Responsibilities may include:
- Deliver high-quality and high added-value services and solutions to our clients;
- Maintain and develop deep client relationships at all levels of organisations and act as a trusted advisor;
- Contribute to the pursuit of new business through drafting proposals and presentations to client executives;
- Coach, lead and manage less senior colleagues;
- Contribute to shape OCP Solutions future by leading transversal and internal projects.
Qualifications
- Graduated with Master Degree or PhD from a top engineering or business school;
- 4 to 15 years’ experience in Strategy consulting, in Top Strategy consulting firms in Morocco and/or abroad;
- Integrity, Humility, Leadership, Good Will Passion and Client-oriented value creation;
- Strong Soft skills in Relationship building, team work, oral & written communication;
- Creativity, innovation and problem solving abilities;
- A Strong quantitative background is a plus;
- Project Management certification is a plus.
