- Ensures smooth flow of request and also ensure that SLA’s are met
- Has responsibility for tagging of request
- Conduct deadlines negotiation for bulk request
- Maintains and send all weekly productivity, performance and process related reports to the stakeholders and management as per requirements
- Provide back-end support to form sales.
- May analyse request from customers.
We are looking for

- Bachelor level
- Previous experience
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and Oral)
