Customer support specialist | BASF Vegetable Seeds | Casablanca Morocco| Fulltime
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Support Specialist you are responsible for the administrative processing and coordination of orders within Morocco. To this end, you have frequent contact with the relevant customers, sales representatives and various internal departments such as Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance, Traffic.
You will be responsible to support domestic sales efforts through order entry and order management and the follow up of deliveries. You will provide customer/sales support by entering orders, updating customers (order status, etc), invoicing, processing returns and entering/managing customer complaints. You are flexible to take additional tasks as required.
In collaboration with sales representatives, you actively provide commercial support from the Customer Support department to the relevant markets or customers. You also provide organizational support to the Country team with focus on travel & hotels, expense declarations, marcom activities and procurement.
WHO YOU ARE
- A vocational educational level or bachelor’s degree;
- 2 years experience in an international customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of French, Moroccan and English language, spoken and written.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate on multiple levels within the organization
- Able and willing to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and able to handle adhoc situations;
- Strong Customer focus
- Strong organizational Skills
- Accurate and efficient way of working
- Extensive experience with ERP systems
- Extensive experience with MS office programs (Outlook Excel etc.)
- You are pro-active, a team player and like to be in the driver seat.
