What are we looking for?
Digimind is looking for a Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Rabat. Talented, dedicated and enthusiastic, your role will be to master our tools and our clients needs in order to set up properly monitoring strategies. Your mission will include:
- Identify the right web sources and social networks to monitor in order to provide relevant data for our clients,
- Design boolean queries that will ensure the collection of the desired content; mastering operators and complex queries.
- Build the monitoring structure in our tools with the right dashboards, topics, tags and the like, so that our clients get the best possible experience on the tool.
- Become a master jedi on our tools by practising, learning and documenting your own experience,
- Report your activity in a rigorous way within our activity tracking systems,
- Share practices with the other members of the team,
- Heavily communicate and follow processes within the company so that we always align on the best manner to serve our clients.
What are our requirements?
- Full capacities in French & English,
- You love manipulating web content,
- You love playing with words and build queries,
- Very strong sense of customer service and satisfaction,
- You breath agility and reactivity,
- Multitasking capabilities,
- You rigorously organise, report and track activities & targets,
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic,
- At least 1+ years’ experience in enterprise software
- Subject matter expertise in one of the following domains is a plus: Social Media monitoring, Digital Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence…
