Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail Operations (Fast fashion is preferable), at least 5 years of team management experience is a must
- Expansion and leasing experience in retail industry is a plus.
- Advance level of English
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Good at building positive business relations.
- Quality and action oriented.
- No restrictions to travel and relocate
Basic Functions:
- Accountable for the overall management and development of a group of stores in assigned regions in Morocco.
- Responsible for sales management, inventory management, merchandising, visual merchandising, store HR processes, store accounting processes
- Responsible for delivering sales and profit targets through management of effective operational procedures.
- Monitor all retail operation processes and ensure they are efficient and in line with company guidelines.
- Communicate to stores within area of responsibility all relevant information and updates so to ensure compliance with HQ policies and procedures.
- Ensure the highest possible customer service and staff competence within stores to optimize sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Understand any possible issues, and communicates solutions with line manager
- Ensure that any changes to normal strategy, operating processes or procedures are advised to relevant Head office department.
- Review and improve stores’ all expense details, set revised targets to ensure costs are kept with target.
- Follow the bestselling products by season, ensure stores have the products available and highlighted, Review layouts and stock packages for new stores prior to opening, taking action to resolve any issues
- Support store managers to create their targets and quarterly plans in line with company strategic targets.
