Job description
Define preferred launch windows and propose distribution strategy for new products introduction in the country/cluster
Consolidate country/cluster marketing inputs on base catalogue requirements and feed to HQDefine country/cluster line up based on base model catalogue including selection of area SKUsDeliver country/cluster P&L (up to DCM) per product group and provide input to category P<ranslate push plans into marketsRecommend PMR strategy and objectives for category in the country/clusterDefine PMR execution by country/clusterTake charge of product support, in particular focusing on quality managementResponsible of the country/cluster section of the product databasePropose price positioning and price change scenarios for different country/cluster by category (Recommended retail price)Support on key trade partners meeting preparation and presentationSupport marketing manager and trade marketing in category presentation to salesPrepare range into system for PP deployment and consolidation for its categoryCoordinate request for samples from country/cluster and send to EMEA HQGather pricing and marktplace information and provide direction to Product group for new products/platformsAnalyse competitive marketplace to develop GAP Analysis and identify need for Product or Brand responses including repositioning or drop in modelsResponsible for sales demand forecast and priortization of product allocations in the country/cluster (S&OP)Responsible for marketing inputs on base catalogue requirements and communicate to HQTrain the trainer on product training to ensure deployment to the sales forceResponsible for engaging with local testing institutes
Requirements
At least Bachelor in Business administration, Marketing or Management
Solid experience in Category Management or Product Management within a multinational environmentGood knowledge of Home Appliances is a plusExcellent communication, presentation and networking skillsHighly motivaed and engaged with good intiative taking & autonomy
