This position comes at a fine intersection between Biz Dev, Management, and Product focus. Before you freak out, allow us to explain. As the Startup Program Coordinator, you’ll be the first one to come in contact with the startup founders who have applied to join our Hidden Founders Program. After your bootcamp, you should be able to challenge their ideas, and foresee potential pitfalls in their project/product. As you establish a relationship with the qualified ones who move forward with the application process, you’ll need to sell them our vision, and perks of joining our program. Throughout all of this, you’ll also need to coordinate between the applicants, our managing team, and the tech team.
Responsibilities
- Interview the startup founders applying to the program and challenge their ideas.
- Work with the team to identify the most promising founders.
- Make sure the selection process is as smooth as possible for both the founders and the HF tech team.
- Build and manage relationships with the founders applying to the Program.
- Hit and exceed monthly goals of closed startups together with the Growth team.
- Provide regular pipeline updates to the Growth team to accurately capture all funnel activity.
- Understand our product offering and act as a brand ambassador in all your communications.
