- Provide financial statements in US and Moroccan Gaap
- Coordinate the periodic, monthly and year end forecasts and Budgets & Strategic Plans
- Management of local finance resources.
- Standard work includes all HFM regular or irregular reporting & management
- Manage the financial reporting and analysis (costs, working capital, productivity, capital and other financial metrics)
- Implement standard work in Finance to ensure the integrity of key performance information
- Management of physical inventory/count processes including inventory re/valuation, inventory differences analysis & process improvements
- Regular monthly balance sheet reviews and regular monthly accounts reconciliations
- Supervise all treasury staff, as well as financial analysts and cost accountants.
- Minimum 4/5 years of professional experience in multinational industrial companies
- In-depth knowledge of US and Moroccan GAAP is a must
- Strong technical knowledge of finance and associated systems
- People management experience (either direct or indirect)
- HFM and SAP knowledge would be beneficial
- Strong preference for manufacturing finance background
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Languages : Arabic, French and English proficiency is a must
