New exciting position in Rabat Electronic plant as Maintenance Manager. You will be in charge of managing maintenance Team, ensure 100% production support and maximum equipment availability, schedule preventive maintenance tasks, supervise curative maintenance actions and ensure spare parts availability. You will also lead maintenance costs optimazation, interventions duration, and improve equipment productivity.
Your missions:
- Manage, plan coordinate, organizes and controls all preventive and corrective maintenance activities at plant level.
- Propose modifications in the machinery and equipment to improve operatively, reduce maintenance cost and improve safety.
- Lead the new contruction projects that imply works and coordinate maintenance technicians and suppliers.
- Keep update the official document file related to works ans installations projects
- Make sur that all employees performe their duties in comiance with rules and regulations
- Encourage employees to be involved in the energy, environment, safety and health program
To be successful for this role:
- Industrial Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Higher degree in labor Risk prevention
- Strong knowledge in maintenance & manufacturing electronics areas
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Knowledge in team management
- Reporting analysis
- Ability to prioritize work
