The main tasks and missions:

- Draft and contracts review, via PULSE System,
- Handle the process of billing with 3rd part,
- Taking care of the formalities process, regarding signatures, legalizations, and regarding corporate document process,
- Archiving and filling the contracts,
- Handling the relation between legal department and 3rd part like Lawyers , bailiffs etc…
- Review some marketing rules of games,
- Manage the correspondence,
- Research on different legal issues,
- Basics Legal Translations from Arabic to French.
Required Criterias :

- Master degree in Law from Moroccan University (as possible from Moroccan International Universities) or from French University (Bac +4 ou Bac +5),
- Fluent and perfect speaking in Arabic and French, English as possible.
- Good communications and expressions skills,
- Good Motivation.
- Available from April
- Internship : 6 months duration
