Role:
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate (preferably business / economics / marketing or engineering)
- Preferably 5 years experience in similar positions in ecommerce
- Has assumed responsibility for profit / loss in previous positions
- Which is prone to Web technologies
- Analytics tools, design processes and tools dominate digital marketing tools
- Good English-speaking
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing all daily operations of the site
- Design and management of Logistics Processes
- Country E-Commerce Profit / Loss Responsibility
- Optimization of Delivery Processes in terms of cost and customer satisfaction
- Customer relationship processes (Call center, management of all operational channels of operation support issues)
- Management of country-specific content / design processes
- Performance marketing management
