Job purpose:
Builds strategy, develops local activity and increases Sage’s positioning in Morocco
Is responsible for the performance of local teams and the proper execution of the Business Plan, in line with the Group’s vision
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
In coordination with the Group and Regional Management, the VP Morocco implements Sage Maroc’s commercial strategy in order to achieve and exceed growth and profitability objectives.
– Analyze and understand the local market, identify the company’s strategic and operational issues, develop the appropriate roadmap
– Manage, develop and support the sales team in a logic of success
– Build and develop a lobbying approach with the different Moroccan authorities and professional organizations
– Back office management (marketing, services, IT, HR) in conjunction with the Southern Europe region and the Group, ensuring the proper execution of the Group’s practices and their adaptation at local level
– Ensure regular reporting of the activity to the Southern Europe and Group Regional Management
Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
- – Master from a business or engineering school
- – 10 years’ successful experience in a similar position and in the high-tech sector
- – An accomplished manager with real interpersonal skills
- – Hands on, Business and results oriented
- – A source of ideas, you like to initiate new projects
- – Perfect knowledge of the market and local representatives
Technical / professional qualifications:
· – Trilingual English, French, Arabic
