Under the supervision of the Customer Supply Chain Lead North Africa, your mission is to manage supply chains, all logistic activities and customer satisfaction. Your main activities will be:, among others:
– Process local Secondary forecast into Primary (baseline) forecast and 18months rolling Demand Plan. Ensure assumptions with the demand plans are translated into the Country & Consumer Dairy Africa demand plan as input for the factory plan
– Prepare and conduct country/regional demand review meeting and prepare demand part of the Consumer Dairy Africa S&OP cycle. Including collaborative planning
– Manages the ordering process from the Netherlands to Morocco. Manages SAP order processing and master data
– Manages the Logistic Service Provider. (Transit /Warehousing / Distribution )
– Ensures stock reporting is active and accurate (aging, expiry, FIFO…etc.) for FCM and FCNL
– Responsible for order planning and delivery to customers (Vans allocation, per store schedule…etc.)
– Works on minimizing logistics cost
– Manage Database update with the customers (Long term OOS, EAN update, Skus Designation Update …).
– Responsible for promotions readiness on time (Discounts in the system / Special Packs)
– Observe and evaluate bottlenecks and identify opportunities and improvement actions in Sales analyses, demand planning and demand consolidation related (work) processes, planning systematics, procedures and/or systems, and ensure implementation of improvements after approval in OpCo.
– Leads and/or participates in assigned (sales, supply chain, cross functional) projects, within the project management guidelines (E2E NPDS, PIPOs…etc.)
You hold a bachelor or a master degree in logistics, with at least 5 years experience, ideally in the industial sector.
Your strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, enthusiasm, organization and autonomy, analytical mindset, proactive attitude, cost consciousness, and ability to think about opportunities and challenges are qualities which will allow you to succeed in this position.
In addition, you have a fine spirit of initiative and you know how to defend positions in English.
