Protection Development Consultant Location: Sale, M33 7RR Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus bonus & benefits Hours of Work: 37.5 hours About the Company: Sesame Bankhall Group are the market leaders in financial services distribution, as well as being the longest established network and support service within the industry. This role will be responsible for supporting the on-going relationships with Protection Only Advisers within the Sesame network. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with strong relationship management skills. Protection Development Consultant Responsibilities:Proactively managing your panel, to maximise income generation and achievement of key business metrics.To help manage and reduce any risk associated with the Protection Firms, by implementing Network standard policies and procedures across your designated panel.Supporting firms with the recruitment of new Protection Advisers and ensuring a seamless process with membership and the recruitment function.To manage and run campaigns to ensure Advisers are kept fully informed of the protection proposition and developments within the Network and broader industry.To develop strong business relationships remotely with Advisers, in line with the contact and engagement strategy.To understand and highlight the key sales differentiators, to enable promotion of the protection proposition.To fact find to understand the Firms business and opportunities, producing robust and thorough business reports and account plans.
