Job Description
- Analyzes customer specification, establishes quotation file and gives feedback to commercial contact.
- Designs parts and assembly drawings with 2D/3D software based on customer specifications
- Coordinates multiples tasks according to project time schedule
- Put in place CTO/ETO process, Dashboard and KPIs and regular audit and monthly review.
- Achieves industrialization activities with other sites (Pre-IF, IF, CP, AMDEC etc…)
- Organizes and leads design review with suppliers (if needed) and other sites
- Reviews and monitors sub-contractor activities based on specifications furnished (Drawing, time…)
- Manages industrial schedule, cost and quality of customized project with support of project team (Shark)
- Provide and implement continuous improvement of customized project process
- Update BOM’s
- Participates on ELSS workshop
- Respect the standard 5S defined and safety rules, and security environments defined.
- Deploy Zero Incident Culture (ZIC) : Defer the near misses
Qualifications
Expérience
1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
Formation
Bac +5 ou ingénieur en génie Industriel
Compétences Techniques
Electro-mechanical background
Bonne maîtrise de l’outil CREO
Design software 2D et 3D skills (Autocad, Solidworks and ProEng a +).
Connaissance Pneumatique
Connaissance de certains outils d’amélioration continue
Expérience en Industrialisation ou Method
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (word, excel, Microsoft project, etc…)
Manufacturing Process Design
