We are hiring for the new JIT Kenitra plant an IT Administrator to Manage & Lead the IT service.
Your missions:
- Execute and coordinate IT projects in the plant, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, train and motivate local IT team ( 2 technicians )
- Technical lead in either Server or Network related technologies.
- Manage and coordinate IT support issues using Ivanti helpdesk tools, including business critical IT incidents, in line with the Escalations process.
- Develop and continuously Improve IT support processes to ensure the best in class service to the business.
- Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends to internal customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure IT security procedures and standards are applied at the plant level
- Following compliance and group IT standards.
To be successful for this role:
- IT engineer degree.
- Proven 8 years’ experience in Industry or IT service company.
- Technical knowledge in CISCO Networking, MS Windows Servers and storage systems.
- Technical Knowledge in VMWARE.
- Demonstrated experience in production applications.
- Fully engaged, dynamic and Enthusiastic.
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English
