About The Role

As a customer success analyst, you will

  • Manage Inbound and outbound flow
  • Daily management of users’ needs.
  • Manage multiple channels : Phone, mailing, chat.
  • Help promote our customers experience.
  • Being focused on customer satisfaction.

Requirements For Participation

  • Professional level French and English.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Being able to work in a team.
  • A desire to learn and a willingness to work to acquire useful skills.
