Exciting opportunity in Mondelēz International Morocco as Manager Modern Trade based in Casablanca.Your main mission is to build strong business relationships with all the key Modern Trade accounts under your portfolio. Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives. Through your strong understanding of the market, you will identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities for your channel. Develop and manage; incentive programs, SFA system, processes, KPI tracking tools, reports, KPI review forums, scorecarding and joint business planning process with the major key accounts. Will be accountable of the achievement of the overall sales target by category nation-wide.

Main Responsibilities

  • Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing
  • Sales Management (Targets, Margins, Category, Promotions,…..)
  • Consistent Business Review Process to ensure achievement of targets and commitments
  • Streamlining of promotions so as to maximize the coordination between sales, marketing, logistics and the customer
  • Identify and act on cost reduction opportunities especially those that arise out of increased collaboration with the customer
  • Coordinating with accounts to ensure collection and dispute resolution
  • Manage the sales team by outlining clear objectives & ensuring a transparent, standardized incentive structure

Qualifications

  • BA from an accredited University preferably in Business Administration or Engineering, post graduate Studies is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Sales Management Role in a MNC with strong track record of nationwide Key account management and capabilities development.
  • Accountable with the ability to manage and deliver against agreed upon targets; to set clear objectives and in essence be self-driven.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Ability to surface issues/opportunities and develop alternatives solutions based on solid analytical rigor of large amounts of information.
  • Financial understanding, particularly distributors P&L.
  • Sales Forecasting.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage and influence a large population of stakeholders
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) and of MS office.
