We are seeking for an HR Specialist who will be in charge with all HR activities as recruitment, onboarding, training, budget management, company procedures etc. This person will be responsible for both Head Office and stores in Morocco, directly reports to Country Manager and functionally reports to Turkey HQ HR Directorship.
Job Description:
Some of tasks which are in job desciption of HR Specialist can be seen as below;
- Taking necessary actions and conducts proper monitoring activities for achievement of HR objectives of individual stores and Head Office,
- Managing norm staff positions in stores and whole country by considering personnel expense target, taking actions consistently for the stores which exceeds personnel expense target,
- Visiting stores regulary, in line with monthly store visit target, making face-to-face talk with employees and managers,
- Filling and preparing all reports on time which monitors the processes reguarly,
- Calculating monthly bonuses of stores is the case o reaching the target for store,
- Managing legal processes in accordance with Labor Law, focusing on minimizing all potential risks.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 3-Year Experience in HR
