Hexcel is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our Casablanca, Morocco location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Represent the Materials group in the facility and support and educate other functions as necessary
- Works with Operations ensuring potential supply issues are identified and mitigated in a proactive and timely manner.
- Ensures short and long-range planning and purchasing of raw materials are developed and are in support of customer service requirements of the business.
- Develops Raw Material Replenishment strategies to ensure site is responsive to changing customer needs.
- Ensure active participation in the SI&OP process to ensure complete alignment of supply and demand through the supply chain.
- Manage and support the effective deployment of SI&OP process within the Plant
- Lead or support weekly MPS meeting and identify deviations against MPS.
- Organize the Stock checking & raising of daily check sheets for all locations and monthly summarising the performance.
- Manage aged inventory and disposal of unrequired material and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage production orders as required to ensure they are in support of the inventory and customer service plans.
- Provide operations with a short term MPS consistent with customer demand, capacity and performance.
- Translate long term plan into short term production schedule by developing short term MPS on a monthly basis for a rolling 3 month period.
- Lead all warehousing and logistics in the facility
- Coordinate, manage and complete all transportation activities.
- Maintain safe working environment in shipping and receiving area
Qualifications:
- University or engineering degree in supply chain or related field
- 5 years of related experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in French and English
- Managing SIOP a plus
- Experience leading a small team
- ERP experience
- MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
