Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator is a professional who completes administrative duties with the People Team for the employees of the organization. They assist TA Team with Sourcing & recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with providing administrative support to all employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support in the sourcing and screening processes in Morocco,
• Respond to New hires requests and questions,
• Coordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person on the team,
• Update and maintain employee records,
• Helps to assess employee engagement and evaluation,
• Support on various HR administration topics : medical insurance, Work accident, long-term disability, pensions, social relations,
• Maintain the HR team calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.)
• Attend external events (job fairs, forum,)
• Create and submit reports to management

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
• Master degree in business administration or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and recruitment practices
• Hands-on experience using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems
• French & English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills
• Any additional training and certification in human resources management will be considered an advantage
