Your main mission will be to facilitate exceptional guest experience throughout their stay in the hotel and after the departure. To audit and monitor service standards; analyze findings and produce reports in relation to the quality of service to both internal and external guests in order to ensure high standards of service.

You will be responsible for the daily management of the Guest Experience Department and ensure the brand standards are adhered to, in order to provide an effective, efficient, courteous and friendly service to all our guests. To maintain a motivated team ensuring that the product knowledge, policies and procedures are adhered to.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum two years´ experience in a similar position at 4*/5* hotels.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations or similar.
  • High level of French & English. Other languages will be highly valued.
  • Knowledge of the office package.
  • Knowledge of OPERA.
  • Commitment for the team member’s development.
  • Organization and Planning skills.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills.
