Infomineo Maroc: Stage d’un Expert Services Analyst

Presentation of the position:

Reporting to the Manager of the Expert Services Business line, the Intern Analyst will participate actively in the process of enriching our Experts database and networking to connect the relevant profiles to a wise sprectrum of clients.

Key Responsiblities:

 

Expert side

  • Search, approach and hire relevant industry Experts through e-mailing & phoning activities while leveraging referrals, business associations, Chambers of Commerce, social networks or any other appropriate channel
  • Pre-screen interested Experts and accompany them through the process of joining our internal Database (Filling of appropriate forms; Agreements signature, compliance policy readings, etc.)
  • Create and constantly update internal Experts databases, short bios, etc.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of processes in place
  • Track Experts accomplished consultations and follow-up on their compensation

 

Client side

  • Identify potential interested clients and consulting firms through e-mailing & phoning activities
  • Sell our Network Services appropriately and reflect a professional image of our resources and competencies
  • Assess Clients research needs and help them reach their objectives accordingly
  • Track Clients satisfaction level after each consult and follow-up on their payments

 

Infomineo’s side

  • Assist in training new employees to Expert Network processes and tools
  • Execute some of the interviews on behalf of our Clients
  • Assist in constantly improving internal tools and documentation
  • Participate in global thinking in terms of strategy

    Note: This is a paid internship program for 6 months.

Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in BA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Idieally experience in Research/Consultancy/Recruitment
  • Capable of making cold calls and adapt to interlocutor’s seniority level
  • Abe to multitask and work under restricted deadlines
  • Dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
  • Knowledge of CRM system (Freshdesk, O’desk)
  • Good writing skills in French and English
  • Fluent in French and English (Professional language)
  • Fluent in other languages is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, German)
