We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for our new Plant in Kenitra.
He/she will be responsible for the following activities:– production planning coordination, in cooperation with the Production Manager;- coordination of internal logistics (from Receiving to Shipping);- coordination of the commercial customer care & interface with commercial area;- management of Production Start-up and Phase Out for logistic competence;- inventory management (inventory levels and rotary inventories);- management of warehouses area (IR, stock levels, slow moving item);- management of purchase raw material in local market and international market;- management of currier and delivery;- management of duty with respect to the local rules and law;- management and maintenance of SAP logistic;- management of SAP in order to insert the price for raw material and finish good product.
The requirements for this position are:– degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Logistic or similar);- previous experience of at least 5 years in similar positions in manufacturing company, preferably automotive industry or metalworking sector organized in a modern way;- predisposition to teamwork and strong organizational skills;- strong orientation to problem solving and autonomy in decision-making;- determination in achieving goals and good negotiation skills;- good English knowledge (appreciated the knowledge also of Italian);- knowledge of SAP management system (essential for MRP planning or production scheduling tools) and the most common SW applications for analysis / statistics / reporting (Microsoft Office Package);- strong orientation to the logic of Continuous Improvement and ability to propose innovative solutions towards an ever better efficiency of Logistics / Purchasing Chain;- ability to work to achieve targets monitoring the KPIs of the company.The person will report directly to the Plant Manager.
