Ensure the fulfillment of their requirements by Ericsson, the Customer and Suppliers Secure that the service contracts and internal Working Level Agreement have been reviewed and all commitments have been confirmed from related units.Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Monitoring the financial performance of delivered services to ensure that the intended cost level is maintained while securing contract fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor contract execution and proactively manage deviations with respect to scope and volume. Take ownership until resolution with all parties is concluded.
  • Secure follow up and monitoring of contract acceptances, invoicing and collection
  • Contribute to Customer satisfaction regarding the service delivery by having strong knowledge of contract terms and how it has been delivered throughout contract duration
  • Monitor contract and raise changes, deviations and impacts to legal or contract management that may require contractual changes or/and amendments during the whole contract lifecycle.
  • Develop & drive the planning and execution of Contract Governance. Ensure the Contract Completion Verification, finalization, and closure.

Profile

  • Financial Background with at least 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Service Delivery
  • Experience in Managing contract execution in the Telecommunications domain would be prioritized
  • Experience in Monitoring financial performance of Delivery Services is required
  • A proven experience in Telecommunications Project governance(Operational and financial KPIs) is mandatory
  • SAP Knowledge would be a plus
  • Commercial & Financial Understanding are fundamental requirements for this position
  • Good Analytical Skills are a must to perform at this position
  • Good Presentation & Communication skills would allow the ideal candidate to interact efficiently with different stakeholders
  • Risk Analysis & Management skills would be highly appreciated
  • With the need to cope with an international environment, Cultural Awareness and team player attitude are needed
  • English and French Fluency are required
