Key Responsibilities

The Daily Tasks And Responsibilities Include The Client Solutions Intern is responsible for providing assistance to the Inside Products Specialists team for Client Solutions during the sales process. He or she is accountable for helping the Specialists deliver technical solutions, products and/or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web or e-mail); or working with subject matter experts and sales teams to address a solution of even higher complexity.

  • Act as an assistant to the Inside Product Specialists
  • Provides product or business unit specific expertise
  • Responsible for helping selling a defined set of products or services
  • Support the Client Solutions team and sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives
  • Identifies customer needs/requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions
  • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and service offerings
  • Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team

Essential Requirements

  • University educated or equivalent (Minimum Bachelor’s degree) obtained in the last 12 months
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Time management and organizational skills
