Job Description Summary

Provide technical support to the regions and BU Marketing and Brand Managers, bottling partners and suppliers for commercialization of new ideas and product projects, product launches and promotions.Coordination of the technical portion of the new product development and commercialization projects of MENABU countries.Authorization of juice concentrates/suppliers, specification setting and resolution of quality related issues.Provide quality and technical support to the local juice suppliers for approving and integrating them into our system to increase the profitability of the Company by cost saving in the juice while meeting our company standards.Conducting Picasso Activity / PAC role for the responsible regions/FranchisesProvide quality and technical support to the local juice suppliers for approving and integrating them into our system to increase the profitability of the Company by cost saving in the juice while meeting our company standards.Provide technical support for supply chain by working closely with bottler production planning department & Concentrate Plants in required juice volume, monitoring juice, still and sparkling BB parts stocks to achieve no stock-out or shortage issue.Co-operate with the Company entities for bringing new product innovations to MENABU markets.Provide expertise to MENABU countries for effective and efficient implementation of technical projects and programs. Co-ordinate technical communication between MENABU countries, region offices, bottlers, Company entities and suppliers for commercialization of new products.Post monitoring of Commercialized of sparkling and still beverages.Ensure for CIF and Coke Works are in actively used in MENABU and monitor the performance of the KPI’s in CIF.

  • Technical coordination and managing of still and sparkling product commercialization projects with BU, regions, R&D, Concentrate plants and Suppliers
  • Interact with the Company entities (Research & Development Centres in Brussels and Atlanta, Juice Procurement, Concentrate Plants etc.) in order to get their support for development and commercialization of pipeline.
  • Planning and execution of product development, cost saving and commercialization still & sparkling projects
  • Work together with BU, Region Marketing Department, Finance and Supply Chain team for implementation of new still and sparkling projects where technical support and expertise is needed. (i.e., new product commercialization etc.)
  • Provide technical support and expertise to the marketing department during preparation of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Cooperate and provide technical support to bottlers in the implementation of agreed plans and projects.
  • Develop/improve local concentrate suppliers for manufacturing of new/existing products.
  • Monitoring the local registration process of new products for the responsible regions in MENABU countries.
  • Follow and support for any trouble shooting / problem solving for new product launch process.
  • Picasso Activity / PAC role for the responsible regions in MENABU still & sparkling projects
  • Monitor the projects in Coke Works and take an active role for the stage and gate process.
  • Keep up to date with the new technological developments and potential application to local business strategies.
  • Co-ordinate technical development and authorization of the local juice suppliers and meet company standards.
  • Provide coaching to the bottling partners about juice containing and sensitive products for improving their quality performance to the highest standards.
  • Work with Regional Supply Chain and Productivity Managers/Directors and Teams to monitor and follow up the juice approval and release and check the supplier performances thru the release results
