RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the content moderation team and provide appearance leadership to improve team performance and drive sustainable business progress.
- In charge of the execution and optimization of certain standards for content review, and be responsible for the accuracy of the moderation results.
- Monitor and analyze auditing data and be able to spot online issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead business reviews, analyze data to identify improvement plans for content review policy and product functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above, Expert in English and Arabic, Chinese can be a plus
- At least 1 year of people management experience (eg. managing vendor/contractor), proven influencing and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners, across geographies.
- Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing content.
- Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
