Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end to end relationship and performance for top marketplace sellers in your portfolio
  • Help & train sellers to develop on the platform by adding more Selection, expanding categories, improving sales
  • Exceed your targets for revenue, selection, pricing and Seller performance metrics for the sellers in your portfolio
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and prepare our sellers to outperform
  • Plan and Manage promotions, merchandising to grow business for categories / accounts managed
  • Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience of B2B account management in ecommerce, consumer internet, technology, consulting, telecom or retail industries.
  • Analytical and data driven with good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
  • Entrepreneurial and startup experience will be an advantage
