Our client based in Soth Manchester requires a Financial Helpdesk Consultant to deliver a 1st class expert guidance and services to it’s financial advisers What is a typical day like for a Network Helpdesk Consultant? You will be answering queries from mortgage and protection advisers received via telephone, email and webchat; providing them with first line support and compliance guidance. Typical calls include queries on commission payments, technology system support, regulatory compliance, financial crime and SBG’s various processes and procedures. We pride ourselves on giving an excellent service, therefore it’s important to be right first time and to quickly understand and establish the nature of the caller’s enquiry. You will often be required to liaise with other departments across the business to support the caller’s query. What skills and knowledge would you need to possess? We are looking for someone with good interpersonal communication skills to work efficiently and at a fast pace. You don’t need previous experience of financial services however we are looking for someone who has worked in a telephone-based customer service role before. You should be able to communicate well with the ability to build lasting personal relationships; someone with a friendly and personable telephone manner would be well suited to the role. You will be required to update our CRM to record relevant conversations and therefore must possess good admin and IT skills. Why should you join the Network Helpdesk team….?
